Because I think after that, you know, March or April, like you got a pretty, you should have a pretty low rate. You know, very low three. Maybe, maybe. You should. Anyone above a three and a quarter. I think everybody should at least talk to someone. Everybody should talk to someone. They’re already in the twos and I’m like, eh, you’re not there yet. But right if they drop further, I’ll call you. This is a true refinance, boom, work with someone that’s going to take the time and figure out what’s best for you, and not just what’s best for their pocketbooks because there’s a lot of greed happening right now.
