“It’s a very complicated process. But if you do it every day, you do it, blindly. The process is in place, you know how to do it. I’ve done it 1000’s of times. So I don’t think twice about the process. My whole thing is not about the process. My whole thing is about the customer. This should be seamless. They [the customer] need to go to work. They need to do what they’re going to do. What are they going to do if they got a glitch in their title? What are they going to do to clear this up, they’re going to take off of work? they’re going to lose… and everyone says, Oh, I saved $4,000 or I saved $5,000. What if I got you an extra 15 [thousand] for the house, [and] it didn’t cost you nothing. Normally we can get a seller more money and get paid, than they could have done themselves and they didn’t have to worry about anything. Just show up at the closing. Here it is make sure you’re moved out, or make sure, here’s your occupancy. Here’s your 30 days, here your water bills paid, we order the water read.
