“Ended up getting like eight offers. All of them were above asking, solid offers, great appraisal waivers–no cash, which is fine. I don’t really care. Listen, if you have an appraisal waiver in there a certain amount, but to me, I really don’t care these people need to be in the house until mid-July anyways. What do I care if you can close in two weeks. They’re moving out of state they’re not buying another house here so it’s that situation where, like, cash doesn’t really matter as much The idea was like I had eight offers. On not one of those offers was a loan officer cc’d on the email, nowhere to be found, no loan officer reached out to me whatsoever. So it comes down to like when you have five offers that are all at the same price point, which is above asking price, it comes down to, like, what are your appraisal waivers, but then also, two, like where’s your pre-approval from?
